HDR Photography of The Rand Club - JHB
Even though my passion for photography is normally photographing people, sometimes it is nice to try something different.
I was invited to do some HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography with a few friends one night at The Rand Club in Johannesburg. This is an amazing building, over 125 years old, founded in the fledgling town of Johannesburg in 1885.
The architecture and detail within this building is breathe-taking and they serve the most amazing food. No longer just a gentleman's club, this is a wonderful place to spend an evening with friends and loved ones.
HDR, or high dynamic range photography, is pretty amazing to do and the results are quite stunning. What I did here was take 6 photographs at different exposures and combine them to get this great effect.
Have a look and let me know what you think!
Quirky and often described as rather eccentric, I am a lover of all things beautiful. Capturing special moments and making my clients look and feel beautiful is what makes me happy!
